Stash warrants to the end user ("Customer") that all its products are free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to the conditions and limitations set out below, Stash will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of its products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided by Stash without charge for parts and labour, and Stash will either replace it with a new one or repair it to be functionally equivalent to a new one.

For the products that have a limited warranty period, it is preferable that you present a proof with the date of original purchase as evidence (e.g. on-line product registration), that shows the product is within the applicable warranty period. Otherwise, the purchase date will be calculated as the sixth month from the production date, according to the series number of the products.
In addition, Stash is not responsible for any data recovery in the event of a defective flash memory product. The product must be used with devices that conform to the recommended industry standards. Stash will not be liable for damages resulting from a third party device that causes the product to fail. Stash shall in no event be liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages, lost profits, lost business investments, lost goodwill, or interference with business relationships as a result of lost data. Stash is also not responsible for damage or failure to any third party equipment, even if Stash has been advised of this possibility. This limitation does not apply to the extent that it is illegal or unenforceable under applicable law.
This limited warranty only applies to the original end user/customer of the product for as long as the original customer owns the product. This limited warranty is non-transferable. The products listed herein, are subject to change without notice, please check the package of your product(s), the official Stash website or confirm with the seller / distributor for the validity of the warranty period.
The following Stash products are covered by this warranty for life: CompactFlash card series, SD High-Capacity card series, SD card series, MicroSD card series, MiniSD card series and USB 2.0 Flash Drives. Stash’s Lifetime Warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights to bear the lengthiest warranty period permitted under national legislation.
The following Stash products are covered by this warranty for a period of two years from the date of original retail purchase: All In One Card Reader, M2 card series, XD card series.
The following Stash products are covered by this warranty for a period of one year from the date of original retail purchase: MicroSD Single Slot Card Reader.
Even if the product is beyond the warranty period, should it fail under normal use in the recommended environment due to improper workmanship or materials, Stash will repair the product or replace it with a comparable one without any charge for parts and labour.
* Stash will repair a defective product even beyond warranty; however, the customer will be charged for the cost of labour and replaced parts.
* Please note that should the product defect be caused by any of the mentioned factors listed in section 2 (e.g. misuse, neglect, abuse, etc.), even if the product is inside the warranty period, the customer will be charged for the cost of labour and replacement components.
The following RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) guidelines for Stash products are extremely important and were designed to ensure we meet your expectations. Please read them carefully before returning any goods. On behalf of the entire Stash team, thank you for being our customers!
The preferred method is to return failed products to your nearest local resellers/ distributors directly. Please confirm the terms of Stash's return policies prior to returning the product. A proof of purchase date or product registration would be preferable, e.g. a receipt.
Alternatively, if you are unable to return the product to the resellers/distributors in person, you can mail us the faulty products by contacting us. Please refer to the “RMA Requests” section for complete instructions.
Stash is not responsible for damage to or loss of any programs, data or removable storage media. It is highly recommended to save (back up) any programs, data or removable storage media before sending the products back.
Stash's return policy is based on stock availability; hence the repaired product that you receive might not be the one you have originally sent.
Due to ongoing technology development, any discontinued Stash product that is unable to be repaired will be replaced by a comparable one.
